UNPACKING
Beginning of The Backward Design Process
Teachers were introduced to the Backward design process before planning and programming. For each sector, teachers select a content standard from the syllabus and unpack the content standard to identify the following:

PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING
Group activities done by different sectors. Each group in each sector is required to select a curriculum standard from the syllabus, unpack it, develop a lesson plan and present it. Each group presentation or work was evaluated by other groups using a rubric that was developed earlier and given to all groups to consider when doing the activity.
